Work Experience Testimonial
‘The first time I encountered Feelgood was in 2000 aged 15 whilst studying at Trinity High School. I was an aspiring young actor and was looking to gain experience with a professional theatre company. I contacted Caroline Clegg and was welcomed as a work experience student, on Feelgood’s production of Blue Remembered Hills.
I was welcomed back to the company in 2004, this time employed as a full time actor and assistant stage manager in The Three Musketeers. I was with the company for 6 weeks and in this time I was included as one of the gang from the word go. I was kindly given advice from all the cast and crew, who were very welcoming and supportive to work with.
The show was my first professional job and I gained a lot of friends, good memories, and a mentor in Caroline Clegg who has continued to support me and also gave me an opportunity as lightning technician on Feelgood’s production of Not About Heroes. I warmly recommend the chance to volunteer for Caroline Clegg and Feelgood Theatre Productions to anyone who is interested in gaining invaluable experience in theatre.’
